With more than four decades of experience in the aesthetics sector, Aesthetic Medical Partnership was founded by Martyn Roe and Paul Simmonds.

Martyn’s career started in the late 90s with Allergan as a Product Specialist for the Botox® team, launching this ground-breaking product into the UK and creating the origins of the non-surgical aesthetics sector.
Since then, Martyn’s career has spanned sales, clinic ownership, and distribution, as well as providing specialised consultancy services for individual clinics to help them develop their practices. In addition, he co-founded The Consulting Room, the UK’s largest cosmetic information website, alongside Ron Myers, 20 years ago and has spearheaded launches for a number of high-profile companies and brands, such as Wigmore Medical, Merz, Teoxane, Deka, ABC Lasers and SkinBrands.
Starting out as a service engineer, Paul’s career has also gone on to encompass roles, primarily in sales, within some of the UK’s largest aesthetics companies.
This means that, collectively, the pair have unrivalled knowledge and expertise in what makes a successful product or treatment and how technology and ingredients can work to elevate the services of an aesthetics clinic. The result – Aesthetic Medical Partnership, a company whose name not only reflects the long-term partnership between these two school friends but also speaks to its main ethos – to be a partner for you, the clinic owner, and to work with you to help you grow and develop your business by creating repeat revenue streams.
